POLICIES

Please read through my policies before scheduling your appointment.  Some of these policies may sound harsh, but they are put in place so that my time and business are respected!  The consequences of these policies are avoidable so make sure you read thoroughly so that you don't end up disappointed!

SCHEDULING POLICY


When scheduling your appointment, please do so online through my booking page.  I will no longer be scheduling appointments through text or social media.  I will kindly direct you to my website to book.  Credit card information is required to reserve your appointment.  You do not have to pay for your appointment with this card if you would rather pay with a different card or other payment method.  I accept cash, check, and card for the cost of your treatment and tips!  I have the right to refuse any client and the right to stop the treatment at any time if I feel my safety is jeopardized.  All of my availability is now on my booking program.  I am booking out pretty quickly, so if you do not book in advance, the time and day that you are hoping for might not be available.  My evenings and weekends book very quickly, so if you do not see any evening or weekend appointments available, then they are all booked.  You can contact me to be put on a waiting list in the case of a cancellation.  I open up my Saturday appointments one month in advance since there are so many people wanting in on Saturdays, so check back periodically if you are trying to book a Saturday so you can schedule once I open them up for booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.  You can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself using the link in the confirmation text that you receive when you schedule your appointment and again 2 days before your appointment.   This option is only available up until 24 hours until your appointment start time.  You do not need to contact me directly to cancel or reschedule unless it is within the 24 hour period before your appointment.  In the case that it is less than 24 hours until your scheduled time, you will have to cancel through me.  A cancellation fee of the cost of the scheduled service will be charged after 3 last minute (less than 24 hours notice) cancellations.  

LATE POLICY


If you are running late, you MUST let me know.  There are several ways to contact me including texting, calling, emailing, facebook, and Instagram.  My phone number and email address are posted everywhere and it takes less than a minute to look that information up and let me know that you are running late.  Whether or not we continue with your appointment depends on if I have other appointments after yours and if I still have time to see you.  When you notify me that you are running late, I will let you know if I will have time to see you or if you will need to reschedule.  If you are 10 or more minutes late, you will be required to reschedule regardless.  If you fail to contact me and it is 10 minutes past your appointment time, you will be considered a no show and will be charged for the service regardless of if you arrive or contact me after the 10 minute window.  

NO SHOW POLICY


If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment and have not contacted me, you will be considered a no show and will be charged for the cost of the scheduled service.  This will be strictly enforced, but is also completely avoidable.  To avoid being charged the no show fee, there are two things you can do.


1. If you know ahead of time that you cannot make the appointment, you can cancel or reschedule it. 

2. If you are on your way, but will be late by 10 minutes or more, you can contact me before or within the 10 minute window to let me know that you are running late.  You will be required to reschedule, but you will not be considered a no show since you contacted me.


If you do not show up for your appointment and the card on file declines or has been removed from your file, you will not be able to schedule any appointments with me until the no show fee has been paid.  If you schedule an appointment online, the request will be denied until you have paid the no show fee. 


 You receive a confirmation text and/or email 2 days before your scheduled appointment, so this gives you plenty of time to figure out if you will be coming or not.  There are no excuses for no showing.
